How does booking work?
Send me your dates via the form or WhatsApp, I check availability and confirm personally, usually within the hour. No online payment on the site: everything is handled simply, directly with me.
Is my booking secure?
Yes. Every booking is covered by a written seasonal rental contract, signed between you and Charlotte's Homes, stating the property, dates, price and conditions. You know exactly where you stand, with no intermediary.
Are the availability calendars up to date?
Yes, the property calendars sync automatically with Airbnb several times a day. When in doubt, I always reconfirm availability before validating your stay.
Is household linen provided?
Yes, bed and bath linen is always provided, along with welcome amenities. For properties with a pool, pool towels are provided too.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
They vary by property and are confirmed at booking. Many properties offer self check-in, handy for late arrivals. In high season (July-August), check-out is at 10 am, but I adapt as best I can depending on availability and your flight times.
Are the properties suitable for families?
Yes, every property is designed with families in mind: fully equipped kitchen and a baby cot available in each home. Extra equipment (high chair, baby bath…) is available on request.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the properties.
